The minimum age to register and use the vipibet platform is 21 years old. This is our strict policy complying with local laws and regulations. Age verification is done through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process which requires a valid copy of MyKad or passport. Accounts proven to be underage will be closed immediately and funds will be handled according to our anti-fraud policy.

No. Each individual is only allowed to have one vipibet account only. Multiple account registrations are against our Terms and Conditions. Our system detects duplicate accounts through IP address, device information, payment details and personal information. If a duplicate account is detected, all related accounts will be closed, bonuses cancelled and funds may be forfeited.

For KYC verification, you will need to provide: 1) Valid copy of identification card (MyKad) or passport — front and back; 2) Proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months; 3) Selfie holding MyKad for identity verification. The KYC review process is typically completed within 1–2 business days. You can still play while waiting for KYC, but withdrawals will be processed after verification is complete.

Withdrawals & Funds

First withdrawals may take longer due to the KYC review process. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional security checks which take up to 1 business day.

The minimum withdrawal at vipibet is RM 30. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account level — standard accounts can withdraw up to RM 20,000 per day, while VIP members enjoy higher limits.
